Epoxy Flooring Services for Rillito's Ranches, Shops, and Homes
Our Services
Rillito sits north of Marana along I-10 and the Santa Cruz River, a community shaped by open land, sand and gravel operations, and larger rural lots. Many homes here off Trico Road and Sanders Road come with detached garages, barns, or workshops that see more wear than a typical city garage floor.
That mix of residential and working space is exactly why property owners in Rillito reach out to us for epoxy flooring. Whether it's a two-car garage, a horse property outbuilding, or a small commercial shop, we build coatings designed for how the space actually gets used, not just how it looks on day one.
We also work with the handful of light commercial and agricultural operations scattered through the area, providing commercial floor coatings that stand up to equipment traffic, chemical exposure, and constant foot traffic without breaking down.
What Rillito's Desert and Rural Conditions Mean for Your Floor
Bare or poorly coated concrete in Rillito faces a tougher fight than it would in a more developed part of Tucson. Heat, dust, and monsoon water all take a toll on unprotected surfaces.
- Intense summer heat that causes unsealed concrete to crack and pit over time
- Monsoon runoff near the Santa Cruz River wash that can flood low-lying garages and shops
- Fine dust and sand carried from nearby gravel operations, which settles into porous, uncoated concrete
- Larger rural lots with detached garages, barns, and workshops that need commercial grade durability
- Hard well water that leaves mineral stains on bare concrete over the years
- Horse and hobby properties needing slip resistant, easy to clean floors in tack rooms and equipment bays
